The Girl Scout Promise
On my honor, I will try:
   To serve God and my country,
   To help people at all times,
And to live by the Girl Scout Law.


Dear Girl Scout Family,

Every Girl Scout recites this promise. It is her commitment to the principles of Girl Scouting. In return, she receives experiences that will shape her for a lifetime. She develops leadership skills, self-confidence and strong values. She enjoys outdoor adventures and interacting with caring Girl Scout volunteers like her leader. In this way, our daughters, today’s Girl Scouts, learn to live the Girl Scout Promise.

The promise she makes renews her commitment to doing her best, trying her hardest, and reaching her potential. At the same time, Girl Scouts – Circle T Council, Inc. renews its promise to provide girls and their leaders with the programs, resources and support they need to grow and succeed. But we cannot do it alone. We are asking you for your promise to ensure that our daughters receive the support they need to fulfill their promise.

It is once again time to enlist your help with the Family Partnership Campaign. In the past years, you have responded generously to our requests. You have made it possible for our daughters, our Girl Scouts in the Circle T Council, to keep their promises to themselves, to their communities, and most of all to their futures. And now we are asking you once again to consider the potential of our Girl Scouts, and invest in their future, in their promise. One hundred percent of your gift will stay at Girl Scouts - Circle T Council, Inc. and contribute to the lives of girls in Tarrant, Hood, Johnson and Somervell counties.

More than ever before, your gift enables girls to discover their strengths, nurture their talents and grow into girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
