Project Troop to Troop

For U.S. Troops stationed across the nation and around the world, nothing says home like a box of Girl Scout Cookies. That’s why Girl Scout - Circle T Council was proud to participate in Project Troop to Troop during the 2007 Cookie Program.

Project Troop to Troop encourages customers to buy additional packages of Girl Scout Cookies to donate to members of the U.S. Armed forces. Girl Scouts - Circle T Council will send these donated cookies to Fort Hood, which will deliver them to U.S. troops who are stationed far from home, or to troops who are returning home after service.

During the 2007 Cookie Sale Program, customers "sponsored" over 26,000 packages of cookies for Project Troop to Troop.

The cookies were delivered to Fort Hood, where soldiers unloaded the full truck in record time!  From Fort Hood, the cookies will travel the globe, bringing a taste of home to those who protect our home.
