Girl Scout Shop Returns/Exchanges Policy

Shop Return Policy:

  • Receipt is required for any refund or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 90 day from the date of purchase.
  • After 90 days, only current official insignia merchandise may be exchanged but not returned.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original package with tags attached.
  • The Council reserves the right to refuse the return of used, damaged, and/or discontinued merchandise.

Refund Policy:

  • Cash refunds cannot be given.
  • Refunds for cash/check purchases require the completion of a Payment Authorization from and may take two to three weeks for process and mailing of a refund check.
  • Returns on debit/credit card purchases will be credited back to the card identifies on the receipt.

Are Shipping Fees Refundable?
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
